Lyropa Tool Corp. Hammers Out Deal with Canadian Tire to Sell Revolutionary Drill and Drive System; Eyes Major Distributors in U.S., Australia

Gizmo adds a twist to ordinary drills enabling users to easily switch from drill bit to drive bit and back and forth.

Philadelphia , Pa. / August 13, 2007 - With 455 stores across Canada , Canadian Tire Retail will begin selling the Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System from Lyropa Tool Corp. under Canadian Tire's premium Mastercraft Maximum brand.

"This is truly great news," says Patrick Anderson, co-owner of Lyropa Tool Corp., based in Eddystone , Pa. "It exposes the Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System to millions of Canadian professional tradesman and Do-It-Yourselfers."

Beginning 4th Quarter 2007, Canadian Tire has committed to a US$1-million product order and will spend another US$1-million on advertising to promote the Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System to Canadian consumers.

Anderson thinks it'll be an easy sell.

"This is a true breakthrough in innovation," says Anderson . "With Twist-Lok there's no need for bit changing and no more changing in and out means people can get jobs done 10 times faster."

Though the Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System is currently available at Ace Hardware and Do it Best Corp. chains in the US, Lyropa Tool Corp. is aggressively marketing its product to larger American retailers to gain better exposure for its product in the more lucrative US market.

Lyropa has also landed major deals in Australia , New Zealand , Spain and Italy and is preparing to market its product all over the world.

In fact, on Sept. 1, Australia 's FH Prager Co. begins a $200-thousand television ad campaign for the tool being marketed under the Trojan/Twist-Lok brand. Trojan is the house brand for the Bunnings Warehouse Stores, a chain roughly equivalent to The Home Depot in the U.S. because of its size and market dominance. Bunnings has about 200 stores throughout Australia and New Zealand .

"The Australians are similar to Americans as consumers," says Anderson . "I believe the product will be a big hit and that will only strengthen our position at home in the U.S. "

Anderson says the challenge is getting consumers to know about Twist-Lok -the product, he says, sells itself.

"We firmly believe that this product can end up in the toolbox of every tradesman and DIYer globally once we have the proper exposure."

Press Release: Lyropa Tool Corporation Hits the Market with the Fastest Quick Connect System.

The Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System Utilizes Common Round Drill Bits and/or Hex Shank Drill Bits.

Eddystone, Pa. - March 2 - Lyropa Tool Corporation today introduced its patent-pending concept for drills. The
Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System (www.lyropatool.com) allows workers to switch from drill bit to fastening bit and
back and forth faster than ever before. Additionally, the Drill and Drive System enables workers to utilize common,
inexpensive round drill bits versus expensive hex shank drill bits which have a tendency to snap and break.

Using this new Drill and Drive System, workers can drill a pilot hole then slide the Twist-Lok driver over the drill
bit automatically attaching it to our quick connect chuck.. They can now easily drive the screw into their workpiece.
To go back to drilling mode, simply twist and pull! The Twist-Lok will automatically detach. The worker never has to
remove the drill bit from the drill-- revolutionizing the drill’s use.

The Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System works with any drill that has a 3/8" or 1/2" chuck capacity including brand name
drills like Makita, DEWALT, Porter-Cable, Milwaukee, Craftsman, Ridgid, and Bosch.

All construction tasks--from framing to finishing tasks--can be quickly completed and professionally finished with
the Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System.  The System is great for the industrial tradesmen or the do-it-yourselfer.
This tool would make a great addition to any toolbox.

”The Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System saves consumers both time and money because it permits the user to do more
with their existing drill,” said Mr. Lynn Bauman, architectural designer, canopy building contractor, and inventor of the
Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System. Mr. Bauman added, “With building costs rising every year, contractors have to limit
costly mistakes and lost time. Saving time changing bits is found money and greatly appreciated by most
professionals. The Twist-Lok can meet that demand on its first job.”

Lyropa Tool Corporation is currently producing four different Twist-Lok sets. Additional adapters and sets will be
added later this year. The Twist-Lok sets will soon be available from retailers.  For a brochure or to place an

Press Release: New Carbide Tipped Hole Saw Cuts Work Time In Half

Lyropa Tool Corp. introduces the new line of fast cutting carbide tipped hole saws at the 2007 Hardware Show in Orlando, Fla.

Orlando, Fla. (Vocus/PRWEB ) May 2, 2007 -- The tool hailed in Europe for cutting wood faster--even hard wood--is about to make
its debut in the United States.

Pennsylvania-based Lyropa Tool Corp. is introducing to the U.S. market the Pro-Fit™ line of fast-cutting carbide tipped hole saws
that promise to change how Americans look at hole saws.

We started researching the market to find a company that could successfully distribute our products in the U.S.
"When we've let professionals get their hands on these products their jaws drop,"
says Patrick Anderson, co-owner of Lyropa Tool Corp., "They just can't believe that something has finally come to solve real time wasting
problems."

The multi-purpose hole saw cuts wood at speeds three to ten times faster than bimetal hole saws--depending on the type
of material being cut. The saws cut through any type of wood. They can even slice through Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF),
cement fiber siding, plastic, wall tile and polyurethane. The Pro-Fit line of hole saws come equipped with a Drill & Drop™ arbor.
The arbor makes it possible to make quick changes between saw sizes with just the simple push of a button.

But the biggest timesaving feature of this arbor is that it allows for the quick dislodging of the slug or waste.Usually slugs stay
attached to the hole saw and drill bit, which then needs to be removed with a screwdriver. With the Drill & Drop arbor, all it takes is a fingertip
to get the slug out.

Boorwerk, based in The Netherlands, manufactures the Pro-Fit line of saws and the Drill & Drop arbor. The company selected
Lyropa Tools Corp. because of the success the company has had with Twist-Lok™, the unique timesaving drill and drive system.
"We started researching the market to find a company that could successfully distribute our products in the U.S.," says Richard Boske,
managing director of Boorwerk. "Lyropa Tool Corp… sells in the same markets we need to enter."

The Pro-Fit multi purpose wood hole saw and the Drill & Drive arbors will be sold through retail hardware chains,
independent stores and industrial supply distributors.
